I quess block scheduling is gone because the way these fresh managers do the schedule everything is all out of wack nobody have the same days or getting weekends off.

Fresh leads are the ones that get screwed wish we had 2 days off or even a set schedule not open, close, off close, open ridiculous 😒
the block schedule should be trashed anyway. it does not take into account what is best for business. for instance, every year, you will have some of your most important people off the day before thanksgiving. this year, some will be off the two days prior to christmas, & the days before new years
people at home office are getting paid big money to come up with silly ideas that make no sense.
There is no reason why everyone can't have two days off in a row. Sam's used to put your family first...TILL THE GREED TOOK OVER and became more important than anyones family but their own! No more family camping trips, visits to family members, a 2 day getaway, relax and get ready for another work day of cr*p. Until your vacation comes around and MIGHT be approved.
Weekends off are a waste anyway. I'd much rather have two days off during the week.
Giving all floor associates the weekends off it stupid.
I'm sick of not having two days off in a row. I don't even care what days I get.

In my club all floor associates get the weekend off, they take front end associates to do their job, when they get there on Monday they very upset with everyone because they have lot of sh– to do!
But they enjoy the weekend off lol
