Their fake concern for the ‘the people’ (‘people deal’? Really?) and how it’s ‘tough but we have to make sacrifices’ (chucks bs about taking 20% / 4day cut) when they get paid largely by stock awards which is why they could care less about anything but stock value. Hey! Wanna cut a billion from the budget? Stock these stupid forkin stock buybacks that only benefit you!
I always accept those check-ins to never really attend one. It’s a bunch of executives talking a lot of BS without really caring/having any connection with the people that are on a grade level.
