The next chairman will be an executive chairman and will be a company employee. More importantly he/she will be JS boss (unless JS becomes Chairman - gasp!!!). When RS leaves at the end of the year his successor will determine the direction of the company for years. I hope that Elliot has enough sway to demand and get an outsider.
Unfortunately both JS and RS are currently on the board and have two votes. I fear the books are cooked once again.
