When I meet people at other companies I can tell who is going to be let go and in what time frame and why

@jpl (I like the handle) - this is @kyt - It’s a combination of factors. Off of surfaces, you can develop an intuition for which way the fly will move. On the wing, it’s mostly hand/eye coordination. And the most important overall factor is raw speed.
