IOT Overlay organisation and management is pathetic
One can only hope that Cisco management finally removes IOT overlay team as they owe it to employees and stockholders not to waste millions based on lies on a powerpoint

In my country, we call that cheating, which means you are taking money away from others that work their tails off
Simply seeing the pure spite behind the anonymous userids, is unbelievable. Each of us have shared accountablity to grow Cisco , and yes, i believe LC has CEO potential. Not because of her caste, or gender, but DESPITE the personal digs.
I hope as Cisconians, we show empathy in this forum where some exceptionally talented folks are impacted, and find it in ourselves to contribute professionally. No distractions or hate please. Focus : on next steps for our teammates, and company.

Liz is on the diversity grooming train, and has been for years. Watch this space. Actually, compared to most execs she’s fairly good (I used to work one level below her in org, and was on the end of a few of her grillings). The issue if that they keep moving her on quite quickly before her impact becomes known, so that there are no skeletons on her dance card. Which is one of the benefits of being “mentored”

Any group under Liz will inevitably end up with nothing but a– kissers. This is a fact. Liz goes in and cuts. This gets the financials of the group, running on inertia, into a better place. The ELT thinks that this is Liz "working her magic." The resulting group is a trainwreck of losers who had no other choice and a massive pile of technical debt. Liz moves on before her "magic" can be assigned to her. Repeat.
Jasper was a sh– group to begin with, and is a sh–tier group now, but they are also quite successful selling to customers too incompetent to run a mysql database for themselves, which is what it amounts to.

Would not surprise me. There are a lot of sh— bags at Cisco. Lots of good people to. Get out while you can and get a better job.
