We have seen talented, hard working employees being PIPed for asking questions, reporting harassment to HR, being older or female, or just because a manager with a fragile ego doesn’t like them. More will be fired or Will find better jobs and leave. Only the bullies can survive in this environment. Soon ExxonMobil will be left only with incompetent bullies, and will fail even faster.

Exxon still makes almost a billion dollars every day.
No matter what, that's an incredible amount of money and we weild so much power that it's silly to call us failed.
We will change and we'll improve - we may never reach 500 billion dollars peaks from 2012 but we'll be 100 billion+ company for many years to come...

Sounds like a typical EM workplace atmosphere across the region, especially in Singapore. Managers/ supervisors prefer followers. Experienced hire with knowledge are not welcome despite the I&D culture, Weare ExxonMobil. LTs have no opinion and heavily rely on the input they receive from the bunch of $uckers supervisors.
I heard of similar cases reported and employee being retaliated for reporting the harassment in office.
EM would never admit the wrongdoings of the supervisors, but magnified the right action of the employee as an unforgivable act.
Blessed are those who have left this company , a company which is blind to differentiate the right from wrong.
The company has transformed into an ugly establishment and ruined its reputation during this pandemic.
