Club Pick Up Associate runs my Club. She does payroll, schedules, hiring, manages the entire Club.

At my club team leads open and close the building every day. They have keys and codes for everything.
One manager comes in right when the club opens and the last manager for the day leaves right after the club closes.
The only manager who might be there your whole shift is the club manager and he spends most of that time walking around and talking on his phone.

And make people work, at my club everyone work only when our regional manager is in there, they even get in the register and start checking members out, other than that they all in groups talking.. while cashiers are k–ling there a– checking members out with no runners, managers, team leads are watching you work..
We could do with a few less managers. The front end manager we have now is the worst. She sits in her office all day and does nothing. She never has a good word to say about anyone. She has the most negative attitude of any manager I've ever known. I can't wait until she loses her job.
they will keep giving the team leaders more and more responsibilities it's their way of getting more from you for less pay and what's funny is you guys don't see it and are lining up like dogs saying feed me more lmao
Count yourself lucky if your manager stays in an office. The only time our manager goes in her office is to watch us on camera. Then she calls us in the office, with another manager, and gives us H - E - LL. Y

Im sure a manager will be let go to pay for all the raises they gave out and more to come.
I guess our Club in behind the times, managers still open and close the building, CM is everywhere, there is no office time, computers taken out. Our Front End Manager stays on front with tablet, doing schedules, emails, training on plus and credit. Managers are everywhere, and a break is fifteen minutes from the time you leave until the time you get back. I will gladly trade managers with you guys.
Find with me as long they take membership representative.Out the front end and send her to do her real assign job, go out in the field and get new members...and let the team leads run the front end like it supposed too! Instead, she’s bullying, harassing, lying and trying to get associates she doesn’t like in trouble, this acting manager Sams club doesn’t needs!! What a payroll waist....
We doing that already these so call managers point their fingers and run back to the office and hide all day long.
I wish our front end manager would go off or hide somewhere. You don't know how lucky you are.

Question: why do we need managers then? Hell, we hardly ever see the club manager, seems he is always off or hiding somewhere.
Been like that most of the year in Dallas.
If that's the case then they should be paid a salary like a regular manager. Most of the TL's at my club milk the overtime clock.
