Has anyone heard of the the documentary interviewing numerous former employees that tell story after story of how the Exxon machine works from the top down and the bottom up. Now, former insiders are telling all from fragrant travels to cult like safety practices that have over time undermined the profitability of the company and created a culture of fear in the workforce. Exxon’s performance based ranking system is being compared to the failed Enron’s performance based system and how it ultimately caused a systematic failure of upward feedback and communication. How do you get interviewed?

After 40.5 years of service I was told I had to go on PIP or retire.
The PIP was a joke. I said screw you as this is a set up for failure and I retired.
The people who are destroying it from within are the management.

They need to expose the deceptive ranking practices. It’s unconscionable what they did to some of the undeserving workers.
