Has ford rehired anyone terminated under the SRD?

Also know of SRD returning as agency. But none returning as employees.
I know one that came back as agency but have not heard of full re-hires.

i heard that maybe Ford rehired some engineers that were let go in the May 2019 Smart Redesign program? Any way to confirm that?

Ohhhh I can tell yah in our group they cleaned house of plenty who were just marking time. Years of doing nothing and complaining about their PR's each and every year.
With a few exceptions 2009 cleansed the t–ds as their were casualties that were let go and should not have been.
Nothing is perfect however especially when it comes to head count reductions.

I am not aware of anyone who has been a direct rehire (but that doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened). There have been a few posters here who claim to be working as agency while also collecting a Ford pension. A couple more say they have been asked to return as agency and refused.
I know a few who were released in 2009 and rehired into Ford positions in the following years with LL4 approval. The claim was that people released during the Great Recession were poor performers and rehiring them implies that was not the case.
