Do part-time people earn regular PTO hours? When I look on the wire it doesn't show anything for PTO hours only shows protected Pto hours.

PT will accrue PPTO after minty days at the rate of 1 hour of PPTO for every 30 hours worked. PTO is Not accrued until three years.
No regular vaction time (PTO) the first 3 years part time. They changed it about 1.5 years ago. Part timers used to get it after 1 year.

That’s not true. Part timers don’t start earning regular pto until they have been at sams for 3 years.
You have to build 48 hours of protected PTO first then you will start to see regular PTO
