It's amazing how these clowns have made every bad decision possible in steering the company. Not a single on of these ventures have paid off and now they have to sell all of this at a loss in hopes they won't get completely left behind by their competitors. I'm not sure anyone remotely competent could mess things up this badly if they tried.
