This is how you get trained at Sam's club they tell a new associate go test scan isle 13 through 17 here is a T-70 I'm going to log in for you and then the so called managers dissapear for 3 hours smhhhhhhhhhhh

Our training plan is you get introduced to those who know what they are doing. After that you can stand in aisle and try to look like you know what you are doing.

Nobody within Walmart Inc knows what a decent mentoringship program should look like and how it should function.

But what they are good at is making up fancy names and going virtual.

I’m a merchandising manager and we have our new associates work with another associate there first 7 shifts. Each shift is with a different person And two shifts are with a Merchandising lead. This is something I came up with and it has worked well.

Yeppp! Training is non existent.I went in for orientation on a Sunday & was thrown alone in jewelry,no help,no training😳
