So now does our PDR rep have any responsibility to us now or anymore? In other words notification will either come from HR or from Job Owner now? Is this correct? Basically PDR may not know decision made in specific positions???

a lot of PDRs are actually your selection rep. If you get a job, you'll get notified by the job owner or delegate. If you don't get a job, it will be the selection rep who gives you the message. The exception is if your selection rep actually already EOI'd, then the rep will delegate to someone else to deliver the news.
You’ll be told by your supervisor. If you’re supervisor is gone, you’ll be told by someone else. In either case, you’ll get a formal email, suitable for framing, saying that you’ve been laid off. Yes, it’s that cold. The company will not hold your hand.
EOI = “Expression of Interest” = Please Lay me off. I don’t want to be here anymore. Just give me money.
PDR = “Professional Development Representative” = The person in the room during job selections / layoffs. Ideally, they should know you, your career goals and skills, and they advocate for you for roles.
How will the Noble folks get notified? All of these new acronyms mean nothing to us! What is PDR and EOI?
HR is not serving the employees , it is tool for management. You are a resource , they don't see humans as dignified. It's similar to expensing a pipe or an oil rig . "Human energy" get it. another meaningless oxymoron thought up by some robot. Pure thought control like everything else the company spews out

HR doesn’t exactly tell the facts correctly all the time either so I am asking from people that have experience from previous Apocalypse Events, Lol, thanks
OP, you are asking a fair, safe and straightforward question. Why don’t you ask HR and get a reliable answer instead of asking it in a forum where you are likely to get incorrect information?
