Covid has accelerated the inevitable
not sure what department but cor retail here. Targets are ever increasing. commissions are set dollar amounts to half of what they were before. traffic has decreased significantly. We were a level 3 but this ghost town has is forecasting closure for next quarter. None of the rscs in my store are making money anymore our new manager tries to get creative but most of us have a lot more seniority than they do so we play by the book. Covid was never the issue, just the excuse. What was the official 'reason' they indicated?
