You must consider part time 40 plus hours. Only a few have the 40 hours plus week. Nobody is counting how many over 40 because they don’t have time to count.

@ubk I don't see how anyone can take that level of enthusiasm for so long. God help CR if she's that enthusiastic during private ELT meetings and not just in all-hands/check-ins. I'd fire her for unprofessional behavior if she acted that way in every meeting. WTF cares how many hours are left in Q1? When it's over 15 days, do you really need to count hours? Does she expect the sales teams to be working 24/7 to meet the ELT's numbers? (rhetorical question)
Fran smiling is a coping mechanism. As far as firing her Chuck down through the alvio level should be shown the door.
@jtc WTH does Fran need to cope with? She makes so much more money than I do, I could retire on just a couple of years of her salary. The size of her house is probably bigger than mine, my parent's and my wife's parent's homes combined. She's got a golden parachute. Even if the sales teams don't make their numbers several straight quarters in a row and Chuck finally gets around to firing her for not doing her job, with her income and golden parachute, she doesn't have to worry about how she'll make her next mortgage payment, put food on the table, or have to choose between paying bills or buying her kids Christmas presents like I did when I was axed the first time 10 yrs ago.

Being talented at putting targets on people's back is not a good thing.
I just wish she could have a sad expression, or even a serious one, instead of grinning the entire meeting. Letting people go is never a "happy" thing. I get that Cisco needs to celebrate it's recent #1 GPTW award (it's really not the GPTW), but at least have a moment to recognize those who are leaving that "helped" Cisco (supposedly) achieve that ranking.
Some of the other ELT with their #1 face sticker cheering way over the top was a bit too much to take. ( You know who your are. )
