My only surprise is that. It made the list at all.

It doesn’t belong on any list with the words best employer in it!!

  1. ......and dead last in the Engineering sector. No wonder they are shifting all there engineering jobs to India.....Domestic Engineers don't want to work on 40 year old technology. I think thy messed up calling HW a US company...oh but wait...that is just because of where their corporate office is....not their workforce.

LOL 737....just like the all the Boeing contracts they lost. Clorox is way ahead of them...better to make bleach than work for Honeywell Aerospace....but they sure can pull the wool over the stockholders eyes.

When you meet a new person and they ask you where you work, watch their expressions when you tell them Honeywell. It's always a look of that poor bast_rd.... why would he/she work at the horrible place? Then they say.... That stock is good tho.

Pathetic leaders = terrible company to work for and the reason they are not on this list. I am so happy to not be associated with the Honeywell name any longer.

Honeywell is a great place to work. I can hardly wait for my MIP payout, 401k match and 2021 promotion/raise for working 10+ hour days in my Morris Plains hot desk during the pandemic even though I could have done the same work from home.

All 16 companies categorized as purely "Aerospace and Defense" on this Forbes list are ranked higher than Honeywell, and only one of them (Woodward) is within a 100 places. Even though the entire Aero industry is in the doldrums, there must be something unique about Honeywell :). Things don't get better when you look at the long list of companies categorized as being in the "Engineering, Manufacturing" industry – Honeywell is dead last!!! I hope the folks in charge of the company culture are paying attention.

will still be view as a win for this leadership team.

This survey is through a company called statistica that conducts market research. The survey is heavily weighted toward diversity this year by using a polling sample that was weighted in that direction. The list of people to survey is provided by the company. Wait... what was that? This is a survey.. where do you think they got the contact data?
A Win means that honeywell successfully identified the right group to provide for survey.

Any other questions? Dare we mention the true random survey results – people pulse?

OH YEAH...there is another question how did honeywell do in prior years?. Research required.

The fact that Honeywell is even on the list makes it lose all credibility.

Let's take a Pause on this. I think you are not recognizing what the list is called. It did not say it was the worst emplorers to work for. But Rather the Best! and out of the thousands of companies to work for even making on to the list (even at the bottom) will still be view as a win for this leadership team.

This survey must be wrong, after all we have "Great Place to Work" teams, so it must be a great place to work...

This is a better indicator of long-term performance than the manipulated stock price. DA needs to go.

Aero has its own numerology and 737 is a dark number. Forever tied to trading quality for money by using cheapest labor available ... echoes of the slave/indentured labor trade 300 years ago. No fault of the labor. Executive decisions that resulted in hundreds of deaths.
