Thread regarding ExxonMobil Corp. layoffs

Posts exposing Upstream RTD and CSR frauds are delete from this forum

I noticed several posts in the past exposing how bad and toxic UIS/RTD and Corporate Strategy Research in NJ are.

The reason I am making a note here that it is unfair if the posts mentioning fake worthless employees, culture and management of these few organizations is brought to limelight when the corporation needs to find the culprits

and fraud lowly management of these organizations is trying to suppress the reality and honest discussions by having these posts deleted.

This should stay active. Nice to see the outside world able to see how useless and wasteful some organizations are.

Posts get deleted when they break the site's rules. You can check them out yourself. Naming or any kind of identifiers are not allowed, which is why I'm guessing your posts keep being taken down. Plus, I think by now you can be considered a spammer as well, which is also not allowed.

It is good to see that organizational inefficiencies are being brought to attention.

@2uzo - to answer your questions: (1) I think he’s full of cr@p and only interested in his next promotion; (2) the adverts are to serve a PR purpose, but they’re not very effective.

I wouldn’t trust the CSR VP as far as I could throw him, but the ads don’t have to be entirely truthful as they’re not supporting any marketing claims.

What do you guys think about the VP @ CSR and the media ads. Do you think it is fair and honest?

I don't care if they cut few organizations all together.

Enough has been said before.
CSR will continue.
As will 'Operations'.
And the Sales Force.

Only thing gone from CSR is the SHE group (possibly corp MOH also).

Not sure which site you're on, but it'll be BYOPPE in 1Q21.
Hold your breath.

I’ve been convinced for a while that this is the same person making these posts over and over and over...even on the layoff boards for a toxic company, this guy stands out for his toxicity

As noted below, this retread of the old CSR-hating tire is poked out.
The man who 'boils the oil'.
You must be on the layoff board for a reason. Research that, qlown.

Those who are pointing inefficiencies in the organization are probably doing the right thing. I work with many who only pretend to do work. Their brains have been washed with wti crude by their immediate lowly managers.

But it’s true. Take it from someone who worked there. The company could eliminate CSR and simply contract directly with specialist companies, universities and license from catalyst suppliers. CSR are simply the high cost intermediaries in this system, adding absolutely nothing of value.

To be fair, there are certainly politics and PR (business purpose) in the research activities, but it’s unrealistic to expect every research activity will be predictable and successful. If we got rid of research, we would get to another extreme and harm ourselves in the long term.

No, I think it’s because you keep reposting the same garbage repeatedly, pushing down more relevant topics

The return of the urc rtd crusader, it's like your posts are as predictable as the sun rising in the east and setting in the west. No one cares about the waste, let the company do what they wish, the market is taking care of them now.

I have noticed it. It is unfortunate how few who excel in systematic and shallow manipulation try to hold the rein. Why are operations people being let go when there is blatant arrogance and self-created fake perception of value at many part of EM?
