let's just do away with the certifications across the board and focus on mediocracy going forward.

Post-modernists do not believe in merit, in fact, it’s part of the structure of white privilege. It’s more important to focus on identity and oppression-victim hierarchies.

The ELT fills up their bank accounts by selling worthless certifications to dupes. CCIE has become a dunce cap in disguise.

ELT is focused on filling up their bank accounts, NOT CCIE's or customers

@2oec

Yeah right - that's why it is so common for people to have two or three CCIEs. One doesn't even need to study for them; right?

I thought industry certifications were just a method to filter for obedient and submissive behavior? Anyone with an 8th grade education can quickly learn CCIE material without buying a certification.

Ever heard of CAP? Yeah, I didn’t think so. That will not end well for Cisco.

Ok let's just do away with the certifications across the board and focus on mediocracy going forward.

Sounds like that is the plan.

Sad.

why does cisco need a triple ccie holder just to answer a customer's call for an rma issue or a code bug issue?

by

Post ID: @2fot+17vB2qgU

The truly sad part is the people that had enough brainpower and dedication to actually achieve a triple CCIE in the first place, are no longer going to be available when a crazy severity 1 TAC escalation calls in.

More than 60 Sydney TAC got the chop this. Mostly with double/triple CCIE over 10 years of exp.

Mr Robbins $7.9M stock alone will keep the 60 TAC off the streets for a year.

Sounds like Cisco's newly woke leaders discovered that adding X's to words makes them sound more socially inclusive, so they're giving everyone layoffx while they pick up free stocx. Yay for everyone.

@1eui+17vB2qgU not sure wall street loves cisco right now. There's a stench of dead money hovering over us, even with all the layoffs and out sourcing.

The elt saved the company 1 B in costs - 18M in rewards approved by the board is hardly an issue. Vote out the board next, shareholders have votes.

The only winner is Wall Street. Paying a few soulless executives to quietly layoff thousands of employees while outsourcing jobs is not honorable. The ELT are psychopaths, certainly not winners. Anyone can quietly replace full-time employees with contract workers.

$18m could have save only 80 jobs. Nothing big to worry about.

@ifo+17vB2qgU based on the reaction in the most recent check in, it won't end anytime soon. Too many nut s—ers kissing up to ELT hoping for some sc-aps from their corporate overlords

Revenue declines 10%+ every quarter and these people get these huge stock bonuses while 15,000 employees are fired during a pandemic?
What is wrong with Cisco?
