Some consolation is that the VP's in Global Tech were not spared in the first round. I can think of two that were rightly let go. Many S bands should follow...that organization needs some S band house cleaning.

It may sound odd to say this especially now with a pandemic, but I do not care if I get laid off. In a way, I actually want it to happen. Starts Monday of next week. All remaining bands - so if my math is correct it will be E through V.
It’s going down on Monday for E-bands. Word on street is 300+ gone. Don’t believe then when they say “people first”. It’s just a rallying cry for those that remain. The Zoom call will be cold, impersonal and devoid of humanity. Wishing those in limbo peace and mental fortitude.
They usually execute lay-off discussions on Thursdays and Fridays, historically that has been the case.

Will E and U bands be announced simultaneously next week? No idea how else they will be able to get through 5 more paybands by mid-November.
