Oracle Consulting (OCS) layoffs are happening now, across all pillars. The bench clears from 176 to 73 in one week. Take a guess why folks are magically disappearing...mature consultants at levels 6 and above. ... and yet they are able to still graduate and place the new cloud analysts immediately on to projects. F-ing amazing.

I speak only of NAAC. I believe all SaaS pillars were affected, CX, ERP, HCM. Not sure of GSD, EMEA or other groups. I’ve had personal warnings from 4 diff mgrs/dirs.
Does all pillars include Tech or just all Apps pillars? The Tech OCS consultants & delivery folks recently moved to the Cloud Engineering team.
The move makes sense. With the cloud, technical know how is no longer required. Heck, my grandmother could provision a banking system at this point with just a few mouse clicks.
