Just curious.... what was the normal LR package and did it include years of service +pto?

what does it look like for the december notification? Can you just leave on the day they notify you? or is it mandatory to work until jan 4th?
No one knows yet. But in previous LR's, managers told impacted employees to go home and not show themselves in the office until their last day. You might have been required to perform a "knowledge transfer" before you left, but that doesn't really take all that long. You always have/had the option to sign your severance package early and end your employment early, but you forfeit the wages that you would have been paid for those days.

remember many groups VP forced employees for take forced PTO under guise of mental issues, and now cisco does not have to pay up. they think it is their dad's company. karma will come back for them. and the ELT get millions in RSUs
is this the package for anyone who get laid off for whatever reasons or just to those affected on a massive layoff?
it is a good LR package
Thanks - this LR was 6mos salary + 6mos medical + years of service over 10 years + pto.
In one response, normal was stated as 2mos - is that for both salary and medical?
6 months medical also. remember in normal LR it is only 2 months package,
1 week pay per year over 10 years of service.
6 months + a choice between early exit (most people that's October 30th) or standard exit (November 23rd). You get paid through November 23rd.
PTO is also paid out
If you have more than 10 years of service you get additional things.
