Rumor on the street is December for another 180 stores. Has anyone else heard this?

Yes it’s true, 250 closed in July and August, they’ve already told the next round they’re closing and changing over to AR (just like @ipzf said- trained their replacements and cheerfully tweeted about it). And yes, more to be announced in Dec or January, total of 750 stores counting that first round.

Don’t know about second round but it is clear core stores are going to be down to about 15 percent over the next 2 years. If you was in the AREO program congratulations, you trained the replacements. Inventory comes from the same place, AR uses opus with many other features. Core stores will be in major cities as flagships and that’s it . It was a good run......
