I notice that once in a while when switching tabs from the Appsphere to another tab that is out of VPN, my screen flashes like it is a warning saying "Go back to work!". Does anyone feel like this as well?

I sure hope they are monitoring me. I want to be on the list to be laid off in the next RIF, get my big severance check and move on. I've had enough of my department and Chase in general. Unfortunately management is inept and I can't count on them to free me from my chains. FREE, FREE, Set me FREE
Of course they’re monitoring it. I worked there for years at a relatively senior level, and witnessed them monitoring various employee activities, eg monitoring who was actually swiping into smaller satellite offices in New Jersey. In the current environment, I’d be shocked if they weren’t monitoring WFH activity...they can and should do so. My advice: never assume confidentiality there...especially with pulse surveys, and anything you do online. As a side note, I work for a smaller company now, and we’re monitoring WFH productivity...if we’re doing it, JPMC is doing it.

That being said, What type of IT expert should I hire to investigate my personal devices in which Appsphere is being used to have strong/enough evidence that my privacy is being violated? At the office I totally understand. But this? Maybe this time I finally get rich with a lawsuit.

Wouldnt suprise me if citrix slaps keyloggers and malware on your personal computer to share with their clients

I suggest look for another job in your phone instead of in the computer while working like I do. Then you should be safe.
