Buzzards are also commonly seen soaring on the thermals just outside and above the windows at IBM Almaden Research Center here in San Jose. Also beware of the rattlesnakes in the parking lot.

Yes, but isn't IBM taking care of the debt, at least some of it, by splitting GTS to NewCo and unloading tons of debt to NewCo?
It is funny you say buzzards - Years ago I was in Poughkeepsie and the buzzards sit atop the main building right in the front of the plant.
