Not sure how their going to try to upsell these numbers to investors.

In my division dot (not feather) still thinks he's running the show and (former national champ) pres is taking orders from dot. Hell my district can't make the numbers we are expected when we make requests to engineering to try and have commonality between our two hottest sellers and reduce inventory by combining yet (me too) engineering manager disregards requests and pushes (dot's) directives to reduce work for engineering.

Best of luck trying to make numbers. Hell my district will be forced to engineer & outsource our own products & designs to keep ourselves afloat if they keep leadership like this. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if Beer boy is still contracting business to his old WFT boss for products that their is no market for and we still have yet to sell.

Under US Law. Companies must hold an AGM. Where the board is elected (not a closed shop of self promotion within)

Question is. Will stakeholders of NOV vote to remove the board when the next AGM arrives ? Considering their performance over the past years of loss making, a change is due.

“Every state requires public companies incorporated within it to hold an annual general meeting of shareholders to elect the Board of Directors and transact other business that requires shareholder approval. Notice of the annual general meeting must be in writing and is subject to a minimum notice period that varies by state. In 2007, the Securities and Exchange Commission voted to require all public companies to make their annual meeting materials available online. The final rules required compliance by large accelerated filers beginning on January 1, 2008, and by all other filers beginning on January 1, 2009. The "e-proxy" rules allow two methods for companies to deliver their proxy materials, the "notice only" option or the "full set" option. Under the notice only option, the company must post all of its proxy materials on a publicly accessible website at the time.”
