Exxon/XTO in the Permian has not made a dime yet, they are over staffed and mismanaged there.

@hsp Good thinking, I did not realize that. Since the advent of big oil, nations waged wars against nations because of that expensive natural resource. If there was never oil, no ME conflicts.
