I like how the big man didn't mention bureaucracy at all in his comments. The one big elephant in the survey and crickets. Leadership......not from him.

Totally. I think if they did the survey now it would be a bit different. He must have known at the time about the deal as it’s been months in the works so this survey is pretty much useless as we are right back in the Conoco mode. Looking at massive layoffs.
The survey was so positive because they did salary rollbacks, not layoffs. They should run the same survey now.
Now we know why they did the survey when they did it and why it’s soooooooo positive lol. Means a whole lot of nothing and a total waste of energy.
