What is the future of In Home Experts if they get rid of techs for streaming and close company owned stores?

Tools 'n ladder. Ready to hit the load by 8:20, sometimes 8:30 every day. Sometimes finishing one install a day on a good day, sometimes jepping them all.
Managers here treat the hard working technicians just as bad as the slackers so why would any one break a sweat for these a–holes?
Worst turnover rate in the company. They are brainwashed to say they are growing. They supposedly make up 90 percent of all sales.

They just promoted an officer over IHX... it would seem this is a growth channel, duh!

This is a good question & the answer should tell you something about what the company thinks about its employees, which is that they're disposable.
There's a ton of these jobs out there & when the company sees they're not really returning what they expected, they're going to ratchet up quotas so they can start firing people based on unachievable performance goals. I've watched them do this kind of thing for years, it's part of the business plan.
