Of course Red Hat is a great place to work. Have any of you used with their website? Hundreds of dead links and incorrect redirects. It’s an embarrassment and just a reflection of what it’s like to work with them. Hundreds of people doing absolutely nothing, but getting great pay and benefits.
Oh, and they get company days off once per quarter (that doesn’t count against your personal vacation days unlike IBM).
RH 3rd? Really? Nah.
As was explained earlier, the 3rd ranking is for Red Hat, and Forbes just replaced that with IBM. It is not indicative of the rest of IBM. In my opinion Forbes should put it back to saying Red Hat.
To rank ibm 3rd is utterly insane. It shouldn’t even be on the list. It is without doubt one of the worst companies to work for in the world with absolutely no regard for its employees.
This is so insulting to the employees that remain there.
Back-handers combined with fake reviews being pumped into Glassdoor.

@syr not even for indian employees because ibm can't even compete in india with almost all american companies setting up shop there.
That's why ibm is looking at other geos like south america to further reduce costs, where there's no one.

one side effect of Redhat acquisition, IBM as if by a miracle, appears as #3 employer in the world, the same spot where RedHat was in 2019.
