Did the HR platform already leak those selected for certain positions? I’m seeing some reporting changes to various people.

A couple of things. What they mention about about movements from the last rounds. Also there are BUs that actually lost people and had open jobs so some folks are moving into their positions now. Those are not from the ROM but actual open job postings. Also they will post the new orgs on Nov 4th and people will be around until the 13th. So you’ll have time to say your good byes.
They definitely won’t post any R4 updates intil after the dust settles. But I can tell you here and now, anonymously, that my supervisor told me I have my job. It’s the same one I’m doing now, but I’m happy that I still have a job. I’ve only been with Chevron for 7 years and in my early 40s. Happy to continue my career right here in Houston.
it's just movement from round 3. they won't do anything in workday until offer letters are signed by next friday.
