Leadership at Director and VP level do watch here (at least in IT). Whether they care is another matter.

@1xyx, you complain a lot.
All "leaders" left in Verizon are corrupt or owned. You will not achieve a lot of change by communicating directly to them. It is not just IT that is corrupt. Legal and HR bury anything that comes in to them through official or unofficial channels. The pulse survey results are showing so much compliance and integrity issues that legal is having the data deleted so that they don't have to answer to their lack of response to it in the future.

Is leadership hearing about our deficient IT though? Posting on the layoff site is not the same as communicating concerns directly to leadership.
I’d like to see it happen, I’m just not sure there is a direct line of communication to the top.
