She outsourced so many jobs to India they even replaced her with one.

Simply put thanks to Ginni efforts IBM is dead, DEAD if you still work there plan your exit strategy in a few years it will be luck to exist ... Ginni is a disgrace and history will pin the blame squarely on her shoulders... Google, MS, Amazon etc can’t believe there luck having such an inept person in charge at IBM (appreciate shes chair person now) .. she will be remembered for her legacy as a useless leader.
