Omg. Spot on.guessing SBA and AMT Don t pay people to sit around and hang out all day like SOOO many do at southpoint. Same people being paid big bucks hanging out and basking in their own glory while the next guy busts their a–. I could name a dozen right of the cuff that literally do nothing but bull sh– thru a meeting once a month. Sat next to a guy that played candy crush every day all day for two years. Managers ignored. Girl watched tv all day everyday for years. Managers ignored. No management experience required to be a manager. Bully people that don't need it and ignore the people that should be addressed.
After this round 1/2 the employees are VPs or Directors with zero direct reports, "business process managers", or "business development managers".
Not to mention the EMT went from people we knew at all hands, quarterly meetings where they took questions, to weekly videos from Jay.... to complete radio silence literally for months.
What a fall from grace.
