I know several people who were laid-off from CCO after Karen Quintos left. Some of them had been there 15+ years and were top performers. Some were let go immediately and others were given a month to ty to find a new role. Most of them were older and above i9, or C3s. Rumor has it they pushed Karen out to dissolve that org. There were a lot of good people, I worked with many of them.

Now you know why Karen left. Essentially she was probably let go politely.
