RL,is showing up the best, but is catching the brunt of this. Stop the multiple All Hands, they are not helping. All of you are really bad at this and are not helping the situation. Basically, you S—. All of us are tired of hearing your lies.

(AC you're showing up as wanting to be BFFs with everyone, but you lack that substance and come off as fake. Just be you. No one cares who your friends with)

Delaying the layoffs to May/June is just not right and adds to our burden and low morale. This is not a gift or a reprieve, but another leveling stress to our exhaustion. It's not just the employees that feel this, but also our spouses and our kids and the list goes on. Our kids don't understand. Have you imagined that burden? How do you explain that to them?

Men in high castles with no obvious understanding of the plight employees circumstances or needs really shouldn't have a voice of the people that do not have that luxury. We have rent/mortgage, food, utilities and everything else that you take for granted. We live day by day or week by week. Do you realize that in your multiple homes? (If you leave or lose your job, you will sign your next multi-mil job elsewhere). We all know that even if you were impacted, you technically will not be financially. Please read this, you are where you are by sheer luck. You are not more educated or special; it's about being in the right place at the right time.

What you don't understand is that we're all hurting in one way or another and your patronizing ways are not helping. Just be real and "Do the Right Thing" if you can. Bring yourselves down from your lofty clouds to the "real" world responsibilities of the average person. We're all scared, worried, concerned and having our "daily bread" is in jeopardy; this is immense pressure that none of us could have anticipated.

JD, step down from you castle and stop the guillotine until you know us.

Confusing! I cannot keep up with all the mixed messages from the "leadership" team. So, is January 2021 the end of THIS reorganizational play or is it now June/July, 2021? Any insight from anyone?

@mtf, no we are not thinking that. We are thinking about if it will be over for us, individually, soon so we can move onto the next thing. If I end up being laidoff, I could not care less if Nike's executives change their way or not.

Not much to add beyond what the OP stated. For me, it is really difficult to not roll my eyes at nearly everything the ELTs say in these all hands meetings. Lack of empathy from them bothers me greatly; however, what bothers me the most is how FAKE they are. How can anyone just open their mouth and just lie or make sh– up? For the love of all that is good in the this world, just get it over with already. You want to lay us off, do it. I am not scared of being laidoff, I am just tired of waiting for the decision to be made.
