Is Black Friday the only time when AT&T stores feel like actual stores and not glorified support centers for seniors anymore?

Hey @5dld+1866ORA0, have you ever thought about the seniors who bother you day in and day out and are "average mo-ns" may have health and cognitive issues that cause them to require extra help? Every think of that? Maybe they aren't fortunate enough to have family members that will take time and have the patience to explain it to them-repeatedly-if necessary. I'm just wondering how many times someone had to explain things to you over and over till you got it.
Maybe you should acquire more patience? Better yet, if dealing with "average mo-ns" day in and day out drives you crazy enough to post rude comments maybe you should find another line of work. I can assure you if you smarted off and said disrespectful trash to any of my elderly family members or me I would deck your sorry a** because you deserved it.

The ‘seniors built the internetz’ aren’t the average mo–n that comes in multiple times a week and asks the dame question every day. Or hands their phone over to you expecting you to ‘just do it’ because they’re lazy. You spend 1000 bucks on something you can’t be bothered to learn, then yes, you’re an id–t. I am not going to over spend for a car with features I will never use, then b*88h, complain, and bother the dealer daily about things I can’t understand, don’t need, and refuse to learn. Old people like this deserve the anger. There ARE good ones that want to learn, learn, and stay out the stores with their questions once they grasp it.

Before I got "old" and my bowels were better than they are now, I was in a group that worked on the very first iPhone deal with Apple. You were probably still in kindergarten then. Show some respect youngster!

IHX aren't sleazy.
Sure, they sneak up on your job without letting you know they are coming.
Sure, they confuse the customer into thinking they are a Supervisor or somebody from Quality Control.
Sure, they cut you off while doing Customer Ed or get in your way while you are humping the 28 foot ladder around the patio furniture.
But you too can have fun with IHX.
On the roof and see the white coupe coming down the street - tell your customer to lock their door, that this crazy guy we fired last year keeps showing up at our jobs. Ask them to call 911 and report a stalker. Hilarity ensues when the cops show up.

Ok, i admit that I am a senior myself as now most Baby Boomers are. In the eyes of Stinky, T definitely considers me a serious target for whacking as T does not want anyone of their slaves to reach 65 to get the full pension. The pension goes up 10% if you make it to 65 compared to making it to 64.
Anyway, I agree, I would not want to work in a T store and have to deal with all the old people that have no idea how to use the new technology they purchase. Bad enough all my senior friends and relatives ask me to make house calls to have me fix all thier $hit they buy with thier goobernment pensions!
If I had to work in a T store for a living and had one after another id–t come in continuously I might go postal!
Wanna know how Apple manages it? Thier systems are simple to use, unlike T systems!
Your post seems very demeaning to our seniors/elders. Heaven forbid you get old one day and need some extra help. Ever navigated AT&T’s horrendous customer support maze? Think a little bit more on your messaging before you post in the future so it’s a bit more respectful especially since you likely work in an AT&T store.
Seniors of this day and age, built the Internet and all your Games! Yeah, sorry about that we didn't realize we were creating a bunch of whiny basement dwellers.
