So no unoin does coming out of vacation pay but they took out for insurance that I haven't had in over a year !!

Most of us only got 3 months insurance. You got one month for every year of service because you got bought out.

I dont believe that. I had 1 month for every year of service after being laid off.
Medical can’t come out of it as no one laid off is insured
Expect union dues and medical to come out of these vacation checks seen it before.

Geezus guy, they will pay you YOUR vacation beginning of Dec. if you want it right this minute, go in and sign your rights away and you’ll have your money, otherwise stfu and wait.
So is there any action to take to get your vacation paid out on dec 4 or should it be automatic? Don’t trust NS and have no confidence in their ability to do the right thing.
