Will the terminations be recorded?

As depressing as this sounds, should I get dressed up, while working from home, to get fired on a Zoom call?

I'm one of those who would welcome the opportunity to come back to the company in the future and I don't want the last impression of me (stored electronically for some unknown future use) to be unshaven in gym clothes. That image can't be good for future interviews.

I guess I will get dressed up just in case, just wondering if there is anyone in here from the Communicators Training that knows for sure if these things will be recorded on the EM side.

Classical Slavery PTSD. The company is paying you to leave the Slavers bay and you are asking to come back. Grass is greener on the other side trust me. You will get paid more if you can make that jump to IT and I can give you a list of Certs to take to make that jump. If it was Chevron or another company then ok I understand. But not a company where they don’t care about the employee.

If you’d like to come back in the future, I’d suggest at least a nice polo shirt, clean shaven, etc.
I’m fairly certain the clause regarding no future employment is only for NSI. The docs for the voluntary did not include it.

OP: you deserved to be fired.

It's unclear as of right now if the document the laid off employees will be asked to sign will have the no future employment clause in it. In any case, you don't have to sign that document, you just forfeit your severance if you choose not to. I might be willing to do that depending on some factors.

I thought if you are laid off you sign an agreement that you can never be hired back? Or is that only through a NSI layoff?
