Can anybody advise the living expense pkg details the USA expats we’re getting for working in Milan Italy prior to COVID?

We know some UIS/RTD employees went to Milan, London and Paris for fake Expat assignments. Fire them all.

@kvl+188F5zRo There was a time not so long ago when you went for the money AND the experience. Like most things in our company both the money and the experience are in significant decline. Hard go enjoy a new location when all you do is work and sleep due to reduced staffing but same amount of work.
There are too many components to list here and they vary based on your CL level and other choices you make such as what yo do with your home country house, how big your family is, if your family goes with you, your CL, etc etc. There is a PDF on the expat site which explains it all.
Benefits continue to be cut for expats. Uplift was cut in half in most locations last year before COVID.
You going to work in the Saipem office?
I think some hand cleaner is about it in Milan.
And polish up your grammar.
Should be 15% uplift, maybe 10%. Taking such an assignment is not for the money but for the experience.
