Ha ha freaking thing is getting rusted and eaten from inside out by its corrupt employees. Those who will get fired will suffer temporarily but those who survive will go back to their greedy slurping way of mooching of and suffer permanent brain and soul damage for life.

I am interpreting this one as someone saying that the company is being destroyed by systematic employee greed by a few. Some examples include:
No real value generating work; instead suking to bosses all day long
Frivolous made up international trips at company time and dime
Unnecessary expat assignments to drain more money from the company to their pockets through COL, Relocation, made up hardship costs
Some day, maturity will set in, and you might stumble across this old post of yours and wonder why children such as yourself felt the need to post about matters way above your capacity to understand. You might even be embarrassed by your lack of empathy and by your utter naïveté.
