It’s RUINING, not RUNNING. Spelling is hard.
I always try to keep my POV of Exxon in the neutral but the comments that are being made here by @1qhl and @1ijx appear to be solely for self-image and have no constructive purpose.
When did the company workforce turn into needing to segregate into small groups with individuals in elevating themselves by needless (and objectively pointless) degradation of your peers? Yes, former employees were still your peers.
When did Exxon employees stop allowing their work speak for itself? Those comments give the appearance that work quit being about working towards the success of the company, the success of the division you are in, and the successful performance of the individual and more about downplaying failures, covering up insecurities (by lambasting others), or giving ones political side bar in a place it was never requested.
We are all adults, please make an attempt to show some candor for others opinions.
For those of you in the US, watch the Inequality for All documentary. Eye opening if you haven’t seen it.
