I see a lot of negative comments about half timers on these threads, and I don’t think there’s much reason for that. Some people say that we half timers don’t do anything and just bother, but that’s not the case. I do more in half an hour of my working time than someone who is working full time. Moreover, we are more than often put in a difficult position, they treat us as if we are not human at all.

In Ohio we are feeling the same treatment. Members cuss out out for no reason managers are afraid of them so they give them whatever they want but treat us like criminals! We part time associates do work hard clean up everyone else's mess and can do a full time job in 3 hours instead of 8! Full time good off all day on their phones then look for help at the end of the day when their area isn't completed! Don't feel appreciated. Then we get our hours cut after the schedule has been posted already for 2 weeks. Is this legal??? This is how a Billion dollar company treats you!!!
