Okay, now it seems to me that they want to automate everything that can be automated in this company. So they are willing to invest a lot, pay more to maintain machines / systems that generally have a lower degree of flexibility ... just to get rid of people, some of whom gave more than 100 percent of themselves to the company. Terrible.
