Are there any non-toxic business groups worth pursuing?
Trying to GTFO of TMG ASAP. Help needed.

GSM supply chain org can be a challenge for honest, hardworking people who speak truthfully.
It is more to do with toxic managers. There are really bad managers at intel, at all levels....Those people co-exist with low integrity team members. You can’t have terrible managers unless you have also low integrity employees reporting to them — the result is toxic teams.
Horrible people exist in all groups. Ask around before you join a team. Fortunately at intel, most of these people are quite known. If they are known, why do they exist? A Million dollar question.
In terms of orgs.
GB, NS - old boys network. In those groups, it is all about friends. DCG has additional negative due to Diane’s friends. Bunch of unqualified people. IOTG is a mess but there are good people. IAGS: Raja has a bad reputation, is over his head. He hasn’t delivered anything and like Murthy, the only thing he is doing is cutting staff. There are good teams and managers in software engineering and silicon engineering teams. Of course stay away from unproven areas I.e. sports, NGS, optane etc...
Intel will be a great place if they get rid of most of the people Vp and above levels.
I'm in IoTg and we are loosing the market and resources. Look into to IAGS or someother group riding the GPU wave.
