To be or not to be? Vaccinated that is................

I for one will NOT be getting vaccinated for Covid-19 just like I do not get an annual flu shot. How will they enforce or not enforce this as a 'come back into the office' plan?

Fiserv can absolutely require a vaccine and would be very well within their rights to do so. Why would they want to run the risk of people coming in and spreading it to others? Save your anti vaccine rhetoric for somewhere else.

Let’s use your Covid denier logic on you; If you’re too afraid to get the vaccine, then stay home in your basement. No one is forcing you to get one, unless you want to keep your job.

I agree with an earlier post. Why get a vaccine for a virus with a 99.9 percent survival rate. Hopefully, Fiserv does the right thing and makes it optional.

There is precedent for governments requiring vaccines, it would be very abnormal for a private business to require additional vaccines than already established by the government.

All across the country hospitals and their staff are being overwhelmed. Health professionals are pleading and begging each of us to do our part to impede the spread of COVID. I intend to respond to their pleas by masking, social distancing, avoiding crowds and accepting the COVID vaccination. I see it as my patriotic duty to do my best to protect myself, my family and the community. If we all stay strong we can prevent the needless loss of thousands of lives.

Well there is power in numbers. Take a look at the link below. Also, since the vaccine producers take no responsibility for any side effects, who do we seek compensation from for lifelong impairments due to being forced to take the vaccine. If a company forces employees to take the vaccine. Ok, try going into a supermarket without a mask. They can enforce that. We all get Polio vaccines, that is enforced. Suggest you try a lawsuit for the fun of it. See how far you get, guarantee you the Legal Squad of Fiserv-First Data will destroy you. Same way those age-ist lawsuits against IBM some years back won huge legal victories NOT.

The company can't enforce vaccine's without opening the doors to a lawsuit. Doing this cold violate personal beliefs, freedoms or religious constitutional rights.

OFS here and not taking the vaccine is plain dumb. We need it and there are very few side effects though it is not distributed fast enough. FB can indeed mandate it as offices and businesses mandate a mask. OFD is welcome to agree with me here.
