Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

The only people Stankey cares less about than his employees, are his customers.

Although easy to dismiss as just a sarcastic remark, it rings true if you think about it. Just as his employees are unable to give life to his vision of what should be, his customers are unable to see the value of what he's selling. Internally there are plenty of examples. Externally, I'm sure everyone remembers "When pitching AT&T’s new HBO Max streaming platform, he told the audience that anyone unwilling to pay $15 a month for the service had a low IQ". And one thing that is unique to his leadership style is his ability to motivate both groups in rooting against him and the company.

Randall and Stankey cares. That's why they employ so many well paid workers.

Such ungrateful workers. Got a job that pays well, good benefits.

Well us "ungrateful" workers entered into an agreement, in some cases years ago, that we would perform to the Company's expectation for a certain amount of remuneration. Now because of mis-step after mistake after blunder by the "leadership team" that are rarely held accountable, AT&T is plundering the employee's agreeded upon compensation. In many cases, said employees do not have time to make changes in time to mitigate a substantial negative impact to their end of working life plans.

Oh and by the way, Post ID: @1wur+18IEnNox, phuck you very much.

Randall and Stankey sell my yard and then leases it back .They put us so far in the hole that liquidating all assets and then renting them back sounds like a viable plan . My point is , if we are so far down the rabbit's hole in debt , that all assets must be liquidated , then maybe their salaries and bonuses should be axed as well ??? Duh ???

The new mobility plans and the HBO Max direct to consumer releases are definitely pro-Consumer. We are making strides there. But I completely agree that C suite salaries are completely absurd. If neither revenue, profits, nor stock price is going up, CEO salary should be reduced until it does.
