Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

2021

I see tremendous growth potential this year. Leaders with poor skills have been removed and shady behavior is being addressed. Folks, give this place a chance, there is a great opportunity here

Time-out. You have been able to actually replace people who left? When did that start being a thing?

The lowest attrition rate my @$$. We have had 95% turnover since the new management stepped in on our team. We have a bunch of green engineers stepping in to try and cover the workload, and we are not able to find the right talent (no one wants to come to this company). I can tell you that the new management group is subpar compared to the previous FTS group, and it shows in the number of people leaving and the number of outages this year is by far the worst in 5 years. If you have an On-Call style job. The attrition will be even higher on those teams.

I see great potential here. For Frank. His net worth is $40 million and he can make more, much more. Give him time to soak the company and then move on to greater potentials.

Is the FISERV in-VOL ATTRITION rate also worthy of bragging about?

Nothin real or substantive in these negative posts just juvenile gibberish. Fact new FISERV VOL ATTRITION rate lowest ever. Great leadership development happening. Teamwork and engagement at all time highs. 44,000 just took a survey where 93% participated and the results where top quartile which in survey land is off the charts so facts and 44,000 prevail over a few sad souls!

I am a tech lead and my manager is clueless and he acts like he runs the company. we have one-on-one meetings that run multiple hours long and he just rambles on about automation and how it is the most important thing ever. i have been chatting with recruiters on and off and I suspect others are planning on leaving as well at some point

I will second the notion that Fiserv will continue to bleed talent as a result of bad management. I've seen four people leave our team in the past 4 months due to management, and I'm working on moving on to a new opportunity as well in 2021. I can't wait to move on from this titanic mess.

I see posts not in favor of FD are being deleted here. I see great potential for FD to dump their spin trash on this website.

I would say the opposite is true for Fiserv. Leaders with poor skills have been pushed to the front of the line and that Fiserv will fail. Fiserv will continue to bleed talent, because of their bad management.

I am a strong believer in positivity and am positive that Fiserv will instate a donut lending program to help battle increased rates of depression due to the company failing.
