2021 negative COVID adjustment payback to TIBR?

On a call today my AVP said that TIBR comp may be lower this year due to a “negative covid adjustment” to pay back TIBR payments from last year adjusting for the business climate (or some crazy flowery language like that.)

Anyone have any real info on what that means? Or will we find out in July or something?

It’s a modest 2% rationalization offset. It will be ok.

Your avp doesn’t even know yet. But prepare to take a big pay cut this year.
