Found this H1B database that shows the title, location, salary of people who companies file H1Bs for. Make sure to search under the different EM organizations, such as GP

Note that H1B visas are for foreigners that work IN THE US for the company, basically expats. It gives some insight into pay levels from their home countries but does not paint a complete picture (low cost locations often are much, much lower paid than what their expats are getting)
