Chargeback Changes for Retail, IHX, and BAT

Going from 6 month chargeback period to 24 month chargeback period. The chargeback goes down over time. Only sales made after the changes go into effect will be charged back after month 6. The chargeback will be a dollar amount instead of a unit and will carry over even if you change roles. The commission vesting period will change to 2 years (commissions are just “advanced to you” before that). That means when you quit your last 1 or 2 commission checks can be held for 2 years with chargebacks deducted. They could even send you a bill.

0-6 months 100% chargeback
6-12 months 75% chargeback
12-18 months 50% chargeback
18-24 months 100% chargeback

It is supposed to start April 1

Based on other replies to this, is this an April Fool’s joke? If not, there’s another reply that mentions that it’s for managers and not RSC’s. Please clarify

I see you’re getting your April Fools joke in early with the start date, but can you delete this? They might think it a good idea if they read it 🥴

Why is 18-24 months back to 100%? Would it be 25% instead?

About time , Retail Business activate lines all the time and just issue adjustments to bills until charge back period is passed. So much going on behind the curtain , like turning every possible retail customer into Sole Prop business account to boost CRU...amazing what they’ll do. No oversight.

25% chargeback months 18-24 (typo!)

Also management only. Not for RSCs
